Elama’s Tanizia 16 Piece High Gloss Dinnerware Set

I bought TWO of these sets. They arrived quickly and very well-packed. Despite the amazing packing, two pieces were broken which I attributed to poor handling by the carrier (it happens). I contacted Elama customer care and they immediately sent out replacements for the broken pieces. I was so impressed!! The replacements arrived about a week later and they were very carefully packed and wrapped. Unfortuantely, they did send me the wrong plate (large instead of small) so I called again. They immediately agreed to re-ship the small plate and I get to keep the other one. Literally THE BEST customer service I have ever received buying anything EVER. The reps speak English well. They are kind, respectful, and efficient. The longest part of my call was the hold time of 3 mins. Absolutely freaking stellar!!! I will buy from this company without question each and every time I need dishware or any other kitchen supplies they offer from NOW ON. They are incredible! The customer service alone is worth 5 stars! As for the set - it is absolutely beautiful! Great quality, dishwasher/microwave safe. Nice, smooth, elegant coloration. They are not lightweight but also not super heavy. The perfect middle ground that lets you know it is sturdy and will last. I am so excited to get rid of my other dishes and use these. The bowls are beautiful too. The curves really compliment the set as a whole. Each box I got came with information about 1 year extended warranty and the customer service number. The items were all packed so that they didn't touch one another or rattle around. . I am so very please with this order!!! It is 100% worth the price and the customer service is UNBEATABLE! They also have MANY varieties, so there is something for everyone!

I purchased this set of dinnerware and I was very pleased with the quality and beauty of the set. Each piece is perfect and it adds of sense of elegance to my table settings. Very Please with the product.

Sturdy plates and cups, the colors are bright and the plates are a good size for normal dinner plates. There are some misperceptions in the paint, but it give the set a rustic look. Good product. Would buy again to add more to collection. Serves 4 .

They don’t get hot at all in microwave!!!!!! 💯

I'm definitely getting more place settings for this set. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's durable, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. The dishes looks very lovely on the table. The color is rich and deep blended very well for that elegant look. It's also resistant and weeks after use I haven't seen where a single knife mark. Well worth the purchase price. Five stars up!

They are NOT bright red. These plates photograph as bright red and I tried to get a picture of them but they keep showing as red in the pics. They are actually a reddish/dark brown color. If you are buying for a specific decor you won't like these. They will not match a red kitchen or red accent kitchen. The packaging was very secure none damaged in shipping. Although there was a blemish on one saucer from production. Overall I don't like the color and wish I could send them back. Ordered 2 sets but my husband already threw away the box for one set so I'm stuck with them. Very sturdy. Beautiful design. Good size. Color is a big issue. I can not give higher than 3 stars because the color of your dinnerware is important when you are setting a table. I'll have to go to a store to search for some nice red ones. These will clash with anything I currently own. I will send them with my child when they move out. EDIT: Managed to get a pic with a red crockpot so you can see the bright red crockpot beside the "bright red" plate. these are the same plate in the same lighting. Alone they photograph red but in reality they are more brown/red

Most dinner ware is usually just shipped in it retail box but this set came in double boxed and the individual pieces were very well protected so everything came in perfect condition with no damage. The dinnerware iteself was very good quality. Very uniform in color and shape. It also fits very well in the space of our old set that its replacing.

Great dishes

I was so looking forward to this set. I saved up to by 2 x 16pcs. They didn't even have a black Friday sale I was hoping for so I ordered at full price anyways. Beautiful in look but looking closely, quality control issues. The glaze does not fully cover the dishes, specifically at the rims. Smooth, rough, I can only imagine this will become a weak point while in a microwave, dishwasher, and will chip more easily. There is pitting on some dishes, chips under the glaze. I was very disappointed. Over the 32 pieces, 11 had more noticeable issues than the others. Reading reviews, I expected a possible bleed in color on some, but not the pitting and glaze issues. I'm trying to reach the manufacturer to see what resolution they have as I am not looking forward to repacking them all abd having to arrange a return. My current setci was replacing because they don't fit in the cupboard where I moved to, I've has over 10 yrs and are still have no chips, glaze fully intact. I wouldn't have replaced them if they had fit my cupboards. I'll update my review once I hear back from the seller, hopefully with a positive resolution.
