will the German 88mm flak gun attach to the back

The SdKfz 251 has a tow pintle that the towed 88 mm FLAK gun can attach to. The most common prime mover for a towed 88 was the SdKfz 7 half track. Larger, more power, and carried more troops and cargo than the SdKfz 251. Tamiya makes a very nice SdKfz 7 kit......

What version(Ausf.) does this represent?

The Tamiya kit is an Sd.Kfz. 251/1 - Schützenpanzerwagen. Standard personnel carrier.

How many pieces in this kit, give/take the 5 figures?

This is a classic Tamiya kit from 1973 and includes about 80 pieces including the two vinyl tracks. The four pages of instructions are clearly illustrated and easy to follow. Assembly is easy, so take your time and enjoy the effort.

Hi what is the length, width and height of the model?

The SdKfz 251 is about 7 inches long, 2 3/8 inches wide, and about 2 inches high to the top of the hull. The machine gun and shield add about another half inch to that.
