This case is pretty wonderful for the price. I am overall very happy with the purchase. Breaking it down I would say:PRO –• Solid thick material making up the case body.• Easy to install. The directions were easy to follow and installation was quick. Case comes assembled so take care when initially taking it apart as the front bezel is easy to break until it rejoins the rest of the case body. Not difficult, just take care and you will be fine.• Does as described. I dropped my phone from a few feet and the case absorbed it all. The phone was fine.• The front screen protector does not inhibit the touch controls in any way.CON –• The buttons are stiff. There is resistance when pressing any of the three buttons. They press, but you will not do it by accident. I put this as a con only because sometimes when I try to shut if off one handed, as I used to do with my phone, it will not press and hold the phone steady at the same time with one hand. I’m hoping this is because the case is so solid and it will ease up over time.• The opening for the sound switch on the iPhone, used to toggle the sound on and off, should be larger. You will need fingernails to reach in and toggle that switch or use a small tool. Again, possible, but you will have to work at it.I would recommend this case. The cons are minor and the case is a very solid buy.

UPDATE: Seller contacted me regarding this issue and offered a full refund, which I appreciate. I will change my 2 star review to a 4 due to customer service once I see the reversal take place. Currently no reversal has been done.Ok, it was Kind of difficult to remove the hard plastic insert within the rubber case... and also had to place it back inside the case afterwards. The case is very awkward and the power button seems to be very touchy. It’s basically constantly pressing it so if I’m trying to raise the volume, it takes screen shots instead because of that issue. I can’t get it to stop no matter how much I move the case around so that it’s not pressing constantly against the power button. I am not happy. Will be taking it out of this case. Also, the back is that crisscross type material. It is NOT fully transparent hard plastic like I wanted.

I bought this and in less than 2 months there are two cracks with lines in the screen corner. From the edge of the phone, not the edge of the screen protector. I did drop this onto concrete, but from my lap on an outside couch which is about 20 inches off the couch. I have had life proof, otter box and spidgen and dropped from much higher up onto concrete many, many times, and never had a problem with the screen cracking at all. I will go back to one of those 3 brands and chuck this case and not buy this brand again!!

Love it! All clear case. I have dropped it several times and my phone is in amazing condition. No breaks, no cracks, no malfunctions. Have recommended and will probably buy more. Slim fit. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The bottom part of my case looked as if it had been melted so I couldn’t get it apart for a while I finally did but it just doesn’t look good I like the feel and the durability of the case a lot I like the clear slick look but when you set it down it has that grit to it where it won’t slide I like that I just hate that it was damaged

The case broke after 1 month of use. 2 days after the return window closed. Buyer beware.
