Don't pass by these passthrough connectors, fewer errors less waisted time!!
Great end connectors for making custom length ethernet cables. These are super easy to use with the passthrough allowing easy confirmation of correct wire order. This cuts down on errors and having to redo. Personally my error rate went down from 1 in 4 to maybe 1 in 25. I use an Ideal brand passthrough crimp cutter to terminate these ends. These do not have the annoying two part mid align plastic insert. I terminated 5E, 6, and 6a cable, the 6a was harder but doable with a little 98%ETOH to lube the end through. (I have since then gotten 6a offset ends).

All 100 worked perfectly
Used all 100, no issues. Ordering again. I have had issues with OTHER connectors in the past where occasionally, for whatever reason, the cable didn't work after crimping so I'd need to redo it. This was especially frustrating to run into when the physical inspection, after crimping, looked great. The fact that replacing the newly installed connectors took the cable test from fail to pass told me I had low quality connectors. I didn't run into this once with these! The cables pushed nicely through and the connectors crimped down without a single hiccup. Out of habit, I check every individual wire before crimping and test the cable afterwards. 100/100 with these!

Quality Connectors That Actually Last
When you're working with ethernet cables, having quality connectors makes all the difference between a job that goes smoothly and one that's frustrating and wasteful. These Cable Matters connectors are the real deal – they're well-made, reliable, and designed to work perfectly with pass-through crimping tools. The pass-through design is what sets these apart from standard connectors. Instead of having to carefully trim and arrange the wires inside a closed connector, you can feed them all the way through, making sure everything's lined up correctly before you crimp. This dramatically reduces mistakes and wasted connectors. You can see exactly what you're doing, verify the wire order at a glance, and get consistent results every time. The gold plating on the contacts is a nice touch. That 50 micron gold plating isn't just for show – it provides better conductivity and resistance to corrosion compared to unplated connectors. When you're making cables that need to last and perform reliably, that kind of quality matters. You're not going to have issues with degraded connections or signal problems down the line. These are specifically designed for Cat 6 cable, and they fit perfectly. The sizing is spot on – not too tight where you're forcing the cable in, and not too loose where you don't get a secure connection. They accommodate the proper cable diameter and work smoothly with the crimping process. That proper fit is crucial for maintaining the cable's performance specifications. The build quality is consistently good across the pack. I haven't run into any defective or malformed connectors in the batch. Each one is properly manufactured with clean edges and properly aligned contacts. When you're buying a 100-pack, that consistency is important. You don't want to be sorting through looking for good ones or dealing with failures during installation. Having 100 connectors in a pack is incredibly practical. If you're doing any kind of volume work – whether it's wiring up a building, running cables for a network installation, or just handling multiple projects – you need a good supply of connectors on hand. Running out in the middle of a job is a hassle, and this quantity means you're well-stocked. Even if you're making mistakes or need to redo a few cables, you've got plenty to work with. The connectors work smoothly with standard pass-through crimping tools. The crimping action is clean, and the connectors secure properly without cracking or deforming. You get a solid, professional-looking crimp that's mechanically and electrically sound. The cable stays firmly attached, and the connection is reliable. Performance-wise, these maintain the Cat 6 specifications you need. When you're going to the trouble of using Cat 6 cable, you want connectors that won't be the weak link in your installation. These support the bandwidth and performance requirements without causing signal degradation or interference issues. Your network runs at the speed it should. The clear design is actually helpful. Being able to see the wire arrangement through the connector means you can quickly verify everything's correct even after it's crimped. That visual confirmation is useful for troubleshooting and quality checking your work. It's a small detail that adds practical value. Packaging is straightforward – they come in a container that keeps them organized and protected. You're not dealing with a loose bag where connectors are getting damaged or tangled. The container is resealable, so you can take out what you need and keep the rest in good condition. Value for money is excellent. When you break down the per-connector cost in a 100-pack, you're getting professional quality components at a price that makes sense. Compared to buying smaller quantities or dealing with cheap knockoffs that don't work reliably, this is the smarter investment. For anyone doing network cable installations, whether professionally or for personal projects, having a good supply of quality connectors is essential. These Cable Matters pass-through connectors deliver the quality and consistency you need to do the job right. They work well, they last, and they help you create reliable network connections that'll perform properly for years. Really satisfied with the quality and value this pack provides.

Hg good quality and work as described
Great easy to work with and quality is good. Used for security system cameras run to wall plate and needed short cables to go from wall to system. Good clean signals. Also repaired some cables on router where little plastic lock breaks off. Just match coloring to end you cut off or the standard cat your using. Wow sticks thru so you can verify before crimping the use end snip to cut off excess.

A very high quality product for a reasonable price.
These Cat6 pass through RJ45 connectors are very simple to use once you have the proper tools. They are very solid and made of good quality material. I would definitely suggest and recommend this brand if you are attempting to run network cables in your home or business.

Good option on a budget
Good product and well worth the price. Only real disadvantages are that it is difficult to see the different channels for the wires and the retainer tab will break off easily if bent the wrong direction.

They are good quality and I will keep coming back to get them
I do IT consulting parallel to my 8-5 job, and these connectors have good quality, and are compatible with CAT5 and CAT6 cables. I use them with Solid Copper and the connections I do with these keep the proper network speed, in addition to make it super-fast to crimp. I would dare to compare with the Ideal brand that is a little bit on the higher side of the price.

Works well with Cat6 stranded
Works well with cat 6 cables copper cables, both with and without the plastic separator. There's was someone mentioning issues with solid cables, those wires are thicker and in general it's always better to use wall-jacks for solid, to avoid long term issues, due to not being as durable when it comes to bending. Copper cables can also come in different sizes measured in AWG, so it's important to check that they fit. I had issues with aluminium/CCA cables which I was re-crimping, but CCA cables are always a nightmare with any plug, due to that they move around a lot, far more than copper.
