Are these made in the USA?

Don’t know but don’t buy scratchy then worthless and very little in the container

How tall is the container?

7 inches tall. Tissues are very small and very thin. I would not purchase them again. Granted they are convenient but rather expense and I don't feel they are worth the price. Hope this is helpful.
