Question 1

I bought the Mad Max brown and it doesn't seem to be coming out on the brush very well, it barely leaves a line, am I doing something wrong?

I realize this question is quite old but in case your a new purchaser reading this thread , i bought this liner in store and after 3 weeks i found it was super difficult to use, i almost threw it out because i thought it was just done, but it appears the brush cap just clogs easily. I was able to use this liner for a few years (i know gross) by shaking it vigorously when it becomes clogged and wetting the brush tip down and using my hand to test if it was unclogged or not. Would never buy this again but its still my favorite liner that ive used to date, it dries beautiful, opaque , shiny with super crisp line if you can get the tricky application down.

Does this product come off good with just washing your face with soap and water?

This one is not waterproof so should come off easily with soap and water .. I use the Makeup Eraser (20.00) or Sephora's "black magic makeup removing clothes" (12.00) which are basically wash rags that remove makeup with water only .. they work super well on waterproof and longwear makeups and are very soft..

Yes it is indeed.  The seller I had bought it from,sells an authentic Kat Von D liner. I had gotten this product from Sephora before so I am well familiar with this product and authenticity.
