Belly Bandit Original Postpartum Adjustable Belly Wrap

I was skeptical to buy one of these but a friend of mine told me that it worked so I decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I didn't buy the Belly Bandit until I was 6 weeks postpartum (though I wish I would have done it sooner). Before I became pregnant, I weighted 115 lbs and after giving birth I was already down to 123 lbs but I still looked 4 months pregnant. I knew I was gonna have some work to do to get back in shape but I was not expecting my belly to be so distended. Lots of other moms assured me that it would go down in 6-9 months...6-9 months, I didn't want to buy a whole new wardrobe because of my belly! I thought about buying some shapewear but decided to try this first and I had immediate results (100% true story). Within 2 days my belly shape completely changed and flatten out and I had a belly button again! That's right up until this point my belly button was still sticking out and all stretched out. I was SO glad to have my belly button back!! I have been wearing the Belly Bandit for the last 10 days and I am still seeing results (though for me the most notable happened in the first 2 days). Totally believe in this product! It is not a miracle worker. I still have work to do on my belly and that will happen through diet and working out but the Belly Bandit DID reduce my pregnancy belly significantly enough that I can wear most of my old clothing and not look like I am still pregnant and that makes this product worth every penny!

I was so disappointed with this product. I thought it would have been great for postpartum use to get my belly back down but it ITCHED like hell, even though Iwashed it. What a waste I couldn't even use it. The xs fit good though (size0 prepregnancy)

I bought a similar product from underworks because I was not sure what size to get and the belly bandit is a lot more. I used the underworks girdle for about 4 weeks after having my baby and I loved it. I bought the belly bandit and thought I was going to love it even more. I ended up not wearing it as much, thought it was very uncomfortable and hard to sit down in. I am sure it works, but I would rather have one that works and is comfortable. The underworks one is a lot more flexible, comfortable and cheaper!

i love these. i'm a neuro physical therapist and love that they not only add support, but they work as a neuromuscular reminder (consciously and subconsciously) for the abs to contract. **not like doing sit-ups -- they won't give you a six pack, but they work similarly to kinesiotape. i was lucky enough to borrow the size medium and small form a friend, as I went through them pretty quickly. I wore size medium postpartum on day 4, and graduated to the small within a few days. The details: I had a vaginal birth & I did wear it day and night -- it was easy bc they are comfy and once you get into the routine, it's not too bad -- along with all the other postpartum nonsense (peri-rinse bottle, changing pads, olive oil on the sore nipples etc, etc). the size small quickly became too big so i ordered the extra small. after about 2-3 weeks of wearing the belly bandit, i wanted a break from constantly wearing it, and it's been harder to get back into the habit of wearing it 24/7. this one tends to fold a little which is annoying so I'm less inclined to wear out and about, but for the first few weeks, while i was at home living in my PJs, it was easy. because i went through the sizes so quickly, it is unfortunate that they are so expensive. i'm not sure if a regular hospital grade abdominal binder wouldn't do the same thing. maybe BB should consider packaging a few sizes as a bundle for a lower price?

I am shocked by all of the low ratings for this product! I began wearing this garment approximately 24 hours after I gave birth (I was too sore to put it on right away). I gained 18-20 lbs during my pregnancy, and lost all of that weight within a week and a half. Now, I will say that a healthy diet and exercise have been a large part of my pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-pregnancy plans, but there is no doubt that this item has helped my waist and stomach shrink back down to my pre-pregnancy size very quickly. I love how it gently waist cinches and works with my hormones to shape my torso. I find the garment to be very comfortable and try to wear it 24/7 (other than when I bathe, of course); I even sleep in it, that's how comfortable it is. I love how it holds my core in nice and tight, but not too tight, and provides support for my back, which helps with my posture. I plan on wearing it for 8-12 weeks.

At first when I tried this on I thought it was going to offer great support, but within a few hours it was creasing and rolling up when I sat down. It didn't stay in place at all. It did seem to support my back when getting in and out of bed the first few days, but it was extremely annoying to have to adjust it every time I moved positions.

I had one of these for both my previous pregnancies and they were great. I gave it away and since became pregnant again, I purchased it again for this baby and was concerned I got a size too small as it barely bit immediately post partum but now a month post, I can report that I am able to get more slack and tighten it more as the weeks go by. My neighbor just commented that she came believe I’m so tiny just 7 weeks after having a baby, so this band is definitely doing something! I highly recommend it, it’s also helps with keeping a better posture.

To help close an abdominal separation, and flatten your PP belly, a splint should be designed so that it bring both sides of your abdominal muscles together. This thing doesn't do that. It's also very stiff, fits rather tight, and creates a lot of pressure that can worsen a weak pelvic floor after birth. I learned all this only after visiting a physical therapist and experimenting with a few bands. I ended up throwing out my Belly Bandit and went with a FITsplint. The Tuppler band was another one my PT recommended.

Es muy incómoda y no se adapta para nada a tu cuerpo. Al tener un solo velcro, cuesta poder ajustártela correctamente. A los dos días de llevarla ya tenía unas arrugas enormes que no había manera de quitarlas cosa que me hacía estar aún más incómoda. Nada contenta con la compra.

Oh my god so worth it!! I had a c section with my daughter and I couldn't wear it for a few days but then tried and it supported my stomach muscles rele well made me feel better in moving around and made my stomach go down so fast I was in my size 12 jeans after 2 months amazing product

Great product. I ordered xs which was too small. Advise order 1 size bigger and order 2 sizes as your belly will get smaller and need more training. Great for post c section

Hilft aufrecht zu gehen und stehen, allerdings sehr heiß im Sommer und im Weg beim Bücken oder, wenn das Baby im Tragetuch ist.

Après accouchement je voulais le mettre. Je fais du XS pour tous les habits. Donc j'ai commandé un XS malheureusement le produit taille beaucoup plus petit. Ça se rapproche plus à du XXS. Donc impossible à le mettre... Et évidemment acheter il y a plus de 14 jours en pensant que j'allais pouvoir le mettre directement après l'accouchement ement donc impossible de l'échanger...
