Does it have a hole at the end to fit the thumb in ?

Yes it does have a loop like any other wraps.

I'm a first time user and a girl. My hands are pretty small. Can someone suggest which size should I order.

2.5 metre is sufficient for you.

I order a 4.5 meter wrap but got a 4 meter or 3.75 meter. Can this be corrected ?? And replaced

Not sure you need to raise a ticket
