Source Naturals Daily Essential Enzymes, 500 mg - 120 Capsules

I was recently diagnosed with silent Crohn's and my sister recommended I try enzymes to help digest some of my favorite foods that cause me to flare up (mainly raw veggies and salad). The ones she suggested were insanely expensive so I decided to give these a try instead. I notice a HUGE difference when I take them before meals vs. when I don't. I am also on an infusion and based on blood work it looks like that is helping some, but these enzymes have really reduced the bloating and made going to the bathroom "normal" again. I can't tell you how much a relief that is. No unwanted side effects that I have noticed. I use about 3-4 over the course of the day. When I don't take them, the bloating returns and I'm visiting the bathroom more often than I'd like to. Overall, will continue to use these and so happy it doesn't cost a ton out of pocket to do so.

Excellent Product. Just so you know, if you experience some flatulence. Not to worry it does go away after you continue using the product and your body gets used to the Enzymes. Definitely helps with the digestion of Milk Protein and Peanut Protein.

Fantastic product that helps with digestion. This has replaced lactaid and interestingly, has helped with acid reflux. After eating a heavy meal, these capsules help me digest and feel "lighter" (not as lethargic) afterwards. You can dose easily based on how heavy of a meal you're taking, or just take one with each meal. I'm a repeat customer, and will continue to be. I love these pills.

73 yr old senior who lost my gallbladder over 30 years ago. I have been using these digestive enzymes for over a year. They work ! I take one or two depending on the food i about to eat, just before I eat my meal. I tried other enzymes, but many of them had desecated pork pancreas in the formula. I said NO. I stopped eating pork long time ago. So these enzymes are vegetarian and they work well .
