Posibly unsafe item
This product does not comply with British safety standards. It does not have a British Kite mark any where on it. I bought this item for my grand daughter but afraid to let her use it. I am an retired Fire Fighter and feel these items from China that do not comply to British Standard should not be allowed in Britain. We have enough electrical goods catching fire already.

Looks very professional
bought this for underlighting our decking, it was easy to install and a quality finish and final product. I am ordering more to underlight the house leading to the decking area. Excellent service from the provider. I did order 20 meters more, they are easy to install, we fixed a plastic shower sill (10mm) then slid the lights into it. It is the strip that you use on a shower to stop the water coming out!! anyway it works perfectly.

LED lights look great but fragile connectors easy to break prick
First one I had to return because connection broke out quite fragile connectors. LED quality looks great only bad is connector. I had to put extra superglue to the edges to make sure they don’t come out.

Neon lights
The connection between the control box & the neon lights is very temperamental, this causes the lights to malfunction. Poor build quality
