Little Eva was Carole King's and Gerry Goffin's baby sitter in the early '60s, until they asked her to record a demo of a song they had written. The demo was so good that they kept her voice on the record, 1961's gigantic the Locomotion, and a singing career evolved from there. This compilation brings together all her very best Dimension label recordings from that time, including the hits Let's Turkey Trot; Keep Your Hands Off My Baby; Old Smokey; the Locomotion, and more-even a previously unreleased side!
