I bought this heated eye mask to help with dry eyes, and it has been excellent. The gentle heat is very soothing and has helped relieve the irritation and discomfort, especially after long hours in front of a screen. The temperature and timer settings are easy to adjust, and the cotton material is soft and comfortable to wear. I also like that it can be powered from a power bank, making it convenient to use anywhere. Overall, a well-made product that has become part of my daily routine. Highly recommended for anyone suffering from dry eyes.

I bought the eye mask "Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Electric USB Eye Compress for Dry Eyes Blepharitis Stye Eye with 3-Level Temperature & Timer Control" in Oct/2024. It worked fine but it also heated my nose bridge area, so made me feel uncomfortable. After I left my feedbacks, I received the above product (Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Great for Blepharitis and Dry Eyes Treatment, Relieve Dry Eye Syndrome, MGD and Styes) from the trade as a replacement for the previous eye mask. I have used the new eye mask for nearly two months, it works perfect. The heating area is just allright and the nose bridge area does not heating up:-). And this eye mask has 5 heating levels and 6 timing options. It makes the usage very convenient. It avoids the heating either too high or too low problems. After I tried it for a few weeks, I bought it for my sister and friend as a Christmas gift. My friend and sister all loved it very much. They said it was one of the best Christmas gift they got this year.

Of all the heated eye masks out there, this one's the best for relieving blepharitis and dry eye symptoms. The soft seeds in the mask easily mould to your eye contours so it sits directly on the eyelids and this warms the Meibomian glands and allows them to secrete oil to lubricate the eye. Most of the other ones on the market are too big and cover half your forehead and cheeks, but don’t 100% sit on the eyelids. I also found that microwaveable masks go cold quickly too. The only downside really with this mask is that you can't wash it. After months of wearing it and just wiping the soft suede-like surface, I attempted to hand wash it and this destroyed the seeds inside the mask. I knew I was taking a risk but it really needed deep cleaning. To perfect this product they need to make the outer part removable and washable. Since then I've bought a second one and just put a tissue between the mask and my eyes, and this keeps everything clean and works great. Tip - immediately after use put a drop of Blephasol on a cotton bud and gently clean where your lashes meet the lids, then say goodbye to dry puffy eyelids and chalazions!

Great buy - I use it daily and by doing so have been able to stop PRP treatment for dry eyes. It has help my dry eyes better than any other healing method or drops/gels. The best part is that it covers the eye socket so best gets directly where needed. I learned of it by an opthomologist who studied various brands and found this one most reliable and to reach the highest consistent heat level. Both models are highly beneficial and I use both, as both have their unique benefits. It’s well worth the price - I use twice daily and it’s very relaxing and healing. It’s easy to clean and use, and is adjustable to all sizes

Don't normally write reviews but this is worth it. I've used it 6 times now and find it relaxing and soothing on eyes whilst in use. Too early to tell if it helps with my dry and irritated eyes. Perfect size to warm up the eyes and not fave and nose. The elasticated band is easily adjustable to fit snug around head. I've used the highest setting once but prefer just below top setting. It's a nice warm without worrying the heat will do more damage than good. Also have put some droplets of water on surface so it has more of a gentle steam effect. Timer works well and switches off. Really easy to use. It all has a quality feel to it, from the soft eye cover cloth to its box. Good value for money. I've seen a few negative reviews of it not last more than ten months so time will tell, but have been extra careful when using it and storing it back in the box after use. Will update the review if I have any issues but will be surprised as it feels like good quality.

Would have given 0 stars if able. Set the eye mask on lowest level for 10 minutes and it got too hot. The temperature reading was 185.5F and increasing. Users manual - evan at moderately low temperatures (104F -140F) , this was not low temperature. Th timer turned off after 5 minutes and I wonder if that was because the eye mask was getting too hot. I suffer with dry eye syndrome and I bought this as an alternative to the heated eye masks you warm up in the microwave. I found those to be too unpredictable - luke warm one day and too hot the next. This is my second Aroma Season eye mask, but the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. First, the good stuff: this electrically heated mask provides continuous, consistent heat which is important for helping to manage dry eye. The mask is easy to use and has three temperature settings (personally, I only ever have mine set on 'high'). It all packs neatly into its box so you can take it with on trips / holidays etc. The things I don't like about it are: I have to open the strap to its widest to get it to fit on my head without it feeling like its squashing my eyeballs. Its very important when heating up your eyes that you don't apply too much pressure as this can cause other problems in the long run. When you switch it on, you have to wait about 5 mins for it to come up to temperature (not an especially big issue, I grant you). Finally, heating is a little uneven between the left and right side - the left side feels warmer. All this being said, this make is about the best one I've tried. Some other brands barely get warm at all.

I bought this for travel as i'm quite happy with my microwave one for home use. For help with my Bletheritis and persistent styes. I was slightly concerned about some reviews saying it stops working after a few months so maybe I will be posting an update down the line. But for now, it works fine. You have to have it on High setting, medium is just tepid and of no use. To be clear, as this was a question I had which I couldn't find an answer to in any of the reviews, this device needs to be plugged in for the whole time that you are using it. The lead is long and it comes with a UK plug with USB fitting if you can't find a direct USB port. There is slightly more pressure at the side of the eyes but I pressed lightly with my fingers on the centre periodically to focus the heat. Some reviews said the elasticated band was too small and didn't fit around their head unless they had it on the loosest. I have a big head (always need to let out baseball caps etc) and it fitted perfectly on my head without having to let it out much at all. I like that it's narrow. Some of them cover half your face which I don't like. I only leave it on for 7 minutes so the timer was of no use to me (I used my phone). Allow a few minutes for it to reach maximum heat. It comes with a cover which is washable which is good. Overall this is a good product and good value. I just hope it won't fail me if I need it on holiday in the future.

Heats quickly and well. Better than expected. Easier and quicker than a microwave mask, and my eyes feel so much better already - I have 10 minutes on high and then I massage my eyelids to clear them. I wish I purchased this sooner. - I have dry eyes and blepharitis.

I’ve always used the eyes pad that have to be microwaved, this however was really effective and simple to use, throughly recommended for those with dry eyes

This heated eye mask is amazing! The effectness and the quality is superb! I have dry eye syndrome like many and have tried many eye drops over the years and many have not been worth the dollars. And when I read about stimulating the oil glands by putting heat on the eye area can help, I thought it's got to be worth a try. So glad I did, plus it is relaxing and comforting. I personally would recommend them from my experience!

The heat from my body was warmer than the device...I was SO disappointed!!!
