Abalone Shell Smudging Bowl Seashell Incense Burner, 5-6 Inches

This she'll measured 7 1/4" wide. The colors are beautiful. I like that they removed the barnacles from the back side, it made it lighter and you can see more of the opalescent. I'm totally satisfied with my order.

I bought this a few years back now and still have it. I only had to use it once for perform a saging of my 125 year old house. Both me and my husband experienced a weird unearthly event while sleeping in our different beds. We each noticed a feeling of one side of the bed going down as if someone was getting in bed with us. As my old crotchedy uncle had died in the house, I assumed it was his ghost coming to join us. It was really alarming. I decided that I needed to conduct a saging of the whole house to encourage his spirit to depart this earth and leave us alone. I burned the sage in the abalone bowl and chanted to ask him to depart and since then neither of us has had another event like we did. Call me kooky but this worked!

I received the shell I purchased it came beautifully wrapped.. The shell has a beautiful sheerness to it..nice size and weight.It was worth the money.. It was a replacement from a another previous company..that sent me a 4”.. I absolutely recommend to buy from this company you won't regret it..

This is my second order, the first shell was nice, size was acceptable, but had a small break which I took care of with a bit of super glue. The second shell is amazing and is even larger and more magnificent than the first. I love them both, they are very beautiful. However, the packaging is horrible! The thing came wrapped in saran wrap, and no box of padding. Please do better with packing these beauties . 🤗

This shell is the perfect size for smudging. The one I had already was too small for the large sage bundles. Lovely colors!

This shell is more of an art piece than anything else. Shallow enough as well to hold a smudge stick as I am so used to having to hold the stick in place as I cleanse and purify. Not so with this shell. I plan to buy another to keep to the side and also send as gifts.

Just a great shell at a really good price

Being from Coastal California for years, I had access to abalone shells all the time. My uncle used to have dozens of them in his garden, using for crafts etc. After they banned the amount of abalone one could harvest each year - these beautiful shells became scarce. I realized one day I didn't have one for my smudging purposes - to my delight Amazon got one for me! Thanks!
