Strong gamer machine and love the look!
Incredible performance, love the looks of the machine. Fans were a bit loud at first, but updated bios via the Alienware software center and they calmed down quite a bit. So far, I'm quite happy with it.

ONLY GET WITH LIQUID COOLED!
great product, works fantastic. IF YOU DONT MIND BEING NEXT TO A BOEING 747 AT TAKEOFF. The fan constantly revs at random times, in game, while streaming, while watching youtube, even just surfing the internet. I wish I had looked into the product reviews more, now that I have there has been tons of people that have the same complaint. Dell offers no help, Alienware is even less helpful; they just adjust your fans in the ACC (which doesn't even control the fan that makes the noise. highly disappointed overall. I hear the liquid cooled doesn't have this problem whatsoever that's probably what ill end up going to next. but for real, don't buy it with the fan cooled. Loud as all hell, no joke, sounds like a vacuum.

Great but not fantastic version due to fan noise
Would rate a strong 5 stars except it does not come with liquid cooling as shown in some pictures. It has a LOUD fan. The updated BIOS mentioned as a possible fix for fan noise in other reviews did NOT help very much. It’s not as easy to ‘add-to’ as outside Reviews might lead one to believe. Good thing it has lots of ports. Other than those frustrations this is a great gaming PC. If fan noise bothers you, consider upgrading to the liquid cooled version and order carefully. If you’re just browsing the web it’s quiet, but it’s noisy during games.

DO NOT BUY
This computer is the worst product. It does not do anything that it advertises. The fan is a joke and my son cannot use it at all. You will get NO assistance from Dell or Alienware. I cannot stress enough not to buy this product.

Making noise is the only big issue for this desktop
Unfortunately, I had to return it due to making so much noise, and the second one was a little bit better, but still the fan is making a noise when I play 🎮. So I replaced the front fan with a corssair fan. I think it's pretty expensive then they should put some high-quality fan. If want to call this desktop for gaming.

Fan doesn’t work
This pc is terrible. I bought this pc 2 weeks ago. The top chassis fan doesn’t work properly. The pc fails to turn on now and I cannot get away from the problems. Don’t buy.

Read this review
So I bought this PC waiting on my parts for a $3300 2080ti build all Asus ROG products, and thought I only need it for 2 weeks till my parts come in, fell in love returned the parts and kept it, it's a beast runs smooth and the Alienware community is fun lol, but he is what I say buy it swap the junk fan out for a 120mm liquid cooler and upgrade your ram to 32gig and it becomes a monster. In a few weeks I'm even swapping a 2080ti in it. All of this and it still cost less then my build I wanted to do, id say just upgrade it slow over the next few years and the case itself it's very sought after, the rgb are sick aswell. Just buy it and swap the fan and ram and thank me later. Maybe $100 extra
