It’s a great baby food!
I use the Amaranth flour to make porridge for my 7 month old grand baby. She loves it. I add milk, cinnamon and a little peanut butter. You make it just as you would oatmeal. The flour is fine in texture and nutritious for babies. A good source of protein. Also it is great for vegan babies.

Good snack, enjoy them warm
These are a helpful popcorn alternative, warm them and add a dash of olive oil and edible yeast. Yum.

Dear god why
As quality goes, it's great. Well packaged.I however discovered that adding water to amaranth for dough...well. Let's just say I've never smelled wet amaranth flour. It smells like lettuce that's gone bad enough to liquify into brown goo.Well, more like a combo of wet sweaty dog and rotten lettuce juice.Dumped everything in my composter. Superb compost additive.
