Very uneven heating across the plate. I cannot get a clean print. I have adjusted temperature, pressure, hold time, and materials and am unable to get a good print on anything. I bought high quality copper dies and have tested it out with 6-7 different dies, just to make sure there wasn't an issue with the die quality. I have been a letterpress printer for 15 years. So, I know how to tinker and adjust and have patience for something like this, but this just isn't it. After 3 months with this machine, and hundreds, if not thousands of impressions, I have not gotten a single clean print yet. I wish I hadn't have tried so long and hard and waited until after my return window. :(

We purchased the embossing machine that does the job, however, I have made several attempts to email Zonepack for additional fonts and have not heard back. If we don't receive information on ordering additional font sizes we will probably be returning the machine. Makes me sad, but I need to know that we have support from the company we purchased the product from.

I bought the ZS - 110 upgraded version and I love it! The machine arrived in perfect condition.

Really happy with this stamping machine; I've had it for nearly a year and it produces beautiful heat and foil stamp monograms on my leather goods. There is a bit of a learning curve with the foil stamping and you'll need to practice to get the temperature and pressure just right (and it also may vary based on the thickness of your leather), but put in the time and effort and you'll be satisfied.

First order, wrong item came. I had to return and repurchase. Week wasted. Second order came with Missing parts and items. Place holder not included. The machine works but not well.

Es la segunda que compro (la primera no sirvió) y la “nueva” no es nueva, y además no trae los accesorios que se ven en las fotos, cuidado porque están reciclando máquinas y enviando de nuevo las defectuosas, pésima compra
