The cover does not leave any room for the volume control buttons, therefore when it covers the phone it is constantly pressing those buttons. At least it sure seemed to be confirmed when I found that my phone was stuck in safe mode. No matter how many times I restarted or totally shut it off and restarted it, it started in safe mode. When I looked up the causes for this, one suggestion was that buttons were being held down while restarting. I took the cover off, and restarted and it was restored to normal operation. This is space for some buttons but not all. Otherwise I thought this a great cover.

I loved the look and the feel of this case but the problem was there wasn't a plastic piece at the bottom so there wasn't much protection. The first time I dropped my phone the entire front shattered. I just wish the case was all around protection instead of just 3 sides

Good quality but not form fitted for buttons on Samsung Note 9.

While it looks amazing, my unit just holds down the buttons on the side of my note 9, making them unusable. Even if they did work, the feeling on pressing them would be very unsatisfying. Do NOT buy this case.

Great lightweight case. This case won't protect your phone from a large drop but will protect to from everyday scratches. It's also grippy so it easy to hold without being sticky or disintegrating like plastic case. Overall a great product.

Bought as a gift for son in-law.

Yeah it looks great but the functionality of it is nothing like I expected. This phone case is not good in my opinion.

Did not fit the Samsung S9

The volume buttons on the left side of the case don’t align properly with the volume buttons on the phone. The result is, when I try to turn the volume up, it gets turned down instead, and the only way to turn it back up again is to use the slider on the screen ... I found that very odd.

Ottima custodia, elegante e ben costruita.Bordo superiore lievemente sporgente da tutelare lo schermo da eventuali cadute.Al contrario la parte inferiore rimane scoperta, senza impedimento per agganciare la cavetteria.I tasti laterali sono coperti ma accessibili e non vi è possibilità di pressioni involontarie.

The leather is nice and it looks good but that's where the positives end. It stops the volume buttons working entirely since there's no cutout of proper "bump" for them. Further, there's no protection whatsoever at the bottom and bottom corners of the phone. Had to stop using this and went back to my ugly but useful spiegen case

Seppur di buona fattura la cover non presenta dei fori in prossimità dei tasti laterali (di accensione/spegnimento e volume) ma solo una leggera incisione che però "preme" su tasti, con la conseguenza di far spegnere il telefono e modificare di continuo il volume.
