I put my flag out for most holidays, and I am so tired of it getting tangled/twisted up on the pole. Even with rotating rings, it just refuses to hang correctly in any breeze. So when I saw this, I knew I had to try it. My flag is heavy and the slip over type. I ordered this rotating pole, installed the flag, and put it out for Flag Day. Result? 100% success! Breezy/windy weather all day, the flag hung perfectly, not once did it tangle up. Excellent product!

My flags always got tangled around the pole until I discovered spinning flagpoles. I've used them for years and this is a good one. It features an aluminum (rustproof) pole, bearings that allow the top half of the pole to rotate freely and a shiny gold ball top. It comes with a set of plastic rings and metal snap clips that attach the flag grommets to the pole. It works well with the common 3 x 5 foot flags and my smaller 2 x 3 foot version. While the supplied plastic attachment rings work okay, I did upgrade my pole with a set of more durable cast aluminum rings (Amazon). See photos.

I have battling tangles with so called "no tangle" flag poles for years. I have spent a lot of money on poles, spinning grommets and DIY stuff, but nothing worked. Finally saw this one so decided to try it. BINGO!!! This is fantastic, whether light cotton flag or heavy nylon flag, I have yet to have a tangle. Now have 5 of them and ordering more for friends and family that have tangle issue. At the price point you cannot go wrong. As an added bonus, the top is threaded for solar light, just remove the ball. Now I need to just find a quality solar light with good brightness. At least I have a great no tangle pole (finally). Update - I just read a review stating this will not accommodate a 4 x 6 flag , I concur. Although the description says it will, I do not see how that is possible. All my flags are 3 x 5 but considering the pole itself is 6 feet and each half are equal sizes, do the math. If you fly flags larger than 3 x 5, look elsewhere. Still love mine though.

This pole lasted 3 years almost to the day. The pole bent at the joint that allows the pole to rotate for unravelling the flag when it gets wrapped around the pole. It's been bent for some time now; it finally got to a point where it just wasn't right.

Great tangle free flagpole. The whole outer end is on a bearing, so both flag hooks rotate in sync, unlike separate top and bottom bearings. Installed at angle, 27"x54" high quality flag, and we live with lots of wind. Never tangles. Great product, works as designed. Friends and neighbors ask where I got it and are buying them. No shortcomings

I like the fact that whole upper half of the pole swivels. Not just clips. Hoping it will withstand some of the strong winds off the water. It’s new. So far, so good!

Should have purchased this pole first. Far more superior for a flag pole! It's a 6ft with a built in bearing to have twice the sencativity on the top half of the pole to prevent flag wrapping and tangling. Works very well! Recommend!
