JINGLING 4" inch 100mm Diamond Flat Lap Disc Coated Grinding Disk Grit 2000 Fine

I got this to sharpen my tungsten on my tig welder. I am not a good tig welder yet so I am constantly buggering up my tungsten. Works great so far. Have ground a full tungsten stick to almost gone 1/4” at a time. Disc seems to be holding up, no signs of wear.It would be nice if the edge had diamonds, it is smooth so when I really get globbed up I have to grind it square all the way past the contamination which is slow. No side cutters to score and snap but it sharpens very nice on the 320 grit

Disk is part of Lathe tooling carbide sharpener (on homemade motorized system). The disk plate is steel with what appears to be a chrome coating, upon which the diamond abrasive is applied/fused to one side only. The disk works well with my magnetic retention method and allowed custom enlargement of center hole and notching peculiar to my setup - and still runs true. The diamond surface is holding up well after touching up all my carbide bits, I'm happy. (400 grit tested, 800 grit have but not tested, will try 200 grit next) Yes, I would order again.

sharpens carbide like butter. what else can be said. i made a solid aluminum back plate so it wouldnt flex.

Bought this to re-grind tungsten with. Works great. Only Con is that the center hole is too big for any of my angle grinders…

Like so many, I got this to sharpen tungsten. It does a great job so far. Not sure how long it will stay sharp. The only issue is that the arbor hole is drilled oversize. But not hard to fix.

I have several different brands of these wheels to sharpen carbide. The wheel is very good for the price. Just pay attention to the arbor size. I had to drill this with a small step bit to fit my regular craftsman grinder. Still worth the price!

Well I bought one of those gadgets that attach to dremel, ahhhhh!! Mistake! Looks so dangerous, buy this,sharpened 10 both sides so 20 points in ten minutes? Only thing was arbor hole teenie bit oversized for my harbor freight grinder, easily dealt with centering, I'll probably buy another$18.00 tool and dedicate it for this wheel so as not to recenter.well worth it

This disc was warped out of the package and the arbor hole is slightly too large for standard angle grinder fit. Causing disc to not spin true.If you don’t care about precision, this disc might work for you.

Compre este disco para afilar los dientes de mis discos sierra para madera y si funciona me saco del apuro de llevarlos a afilar, regresar por ellos, etc; pero talvez por falta de conocimiento lo desgaste rápido, sigue afilando pero es más como herramienta auxiliar no sustituye al afilado profesional

El disco presenta calidad buena, auque limita el uso a una sola de sus caras lo que se hace pensar que es mas para un torno o una herramienta que se usa con base, el grano tiene buen material y resistencia. La entrega a la CDMX en México fue rapida y sin problemas de embalaje por parte de amazon. No volveria a comprarlo.
