Great stuff. I’m 72 F. Ive been using for at least 10 yrs. I use every morning, under sunblock and makeup, ZERO sun. Then, most nights after cleansing. It’s light and creamy. My skin soaks it right up. Make sure you wash, then exfoliate with a face scrubber or cotton ball with toner. It’s important so your skin can soak it in. Then apply the “Help Me”. I was telling my dermatologist my routine , that I’m a true believer, and he said “oh, that explains why you still look so good. Ha! Talk about good emotional therapy! I do have some fine lines, but very few wrinkles. Almost 72 is a lot of living’. Use sparingly, a little goes a long way. Keep using, day in, day out. It may take a while to see results, but you will. This stuff, according to my derm, repairs your DNA (yay!) AND stimulates collagen production. Huge win-win. A tube lasts me ~3-4 months. I don’t have a high paying job, but refuse to be without. Never. Period! Moisturizing: Creamy, light Quality: Excellent quality. Start using every other of every 2 nights . Build up to every day, then twice a day. My boat is to NOT peel. I use a stronger retinol for that 3-4 times a year. Scent: ZERO scent.

I’m very happy I added this to my routine. I feel like it softened my fine lines and stopped the progression. My older sister even commented the other day how nice my forehead looks. (Just turned 40…) The product lasts a long time as well. I only use a little on key areas. Just be careful when you pierce the foil to open. Pierce very slowly and gently- and not all the way. OR it just keeps coming out for the first few days of use and wastes product and gets cap super messy.

I love this product, I use it a lot. I am in my late 50s and barely have any noticeable wrinkles. I constantly get compliments on how good my skin looks.

It's been almost 4 weeks since I started using this: my first time using a retinol product. I wish I had know the magic equation (at least "magic" for me) of clearing my moderate, cystic adult acne sooner: create a regimen of salicylic, glycolic and retinol products (and get rid of the benzoyl peroxide 2.5%)! Out of desperation I recently went to a dermatologist who was quick to prescribe me a $400 cream with several side effects (my insurance would have made it $40) but he didn't even ask if I had already tried a basic retinol OTC cream yet. Luckily, I had ordered this and decided to try it before filling my script. I'm so happy with the results! I did have a few more cystic lumps break out in the first week or so, but I could tell overall that my skin was improving: smoother, cleaner, reduced scarring, acne is smaller or non at all. I did not have redness or any flaking (but I had been using a glycolic acid peel for a few months previous to starting this product so my skin is pretty sturdy). Great product.

My GO-TO retinol for over 10 years. I consider this a part of my luxurious night treatment and does not irritate my skin. I pair it with a little grapeseed oil and Mario Badescu Vit C. My skin appears brighter by morning. Worth the price in my opinion. There are pricier options out there, as I’ve tried them in search of a CHANGE but I kept coming back to this gem.

I have sensitive/combination/dry/acne-prone skin, and I was looking for a miracle after experiencing my first intense breakout in years. I first purchased this in November to clear my skin and alleviate the acne-induced discolorations/texture issues, and, for two months, I used a pea-size amount on my face every night. During that time, my skin got significantly clearer/brighter without any retinol-induced irritation. In January, I experimented with a prescription tretinoin cream with unsuccessful results. After about a month and a half of daily use, I had to stop due to insistent patches of extreme dryness/flakiness around my mouth and chin and a major pimple that migrated to different locations on my face but refused to disappear. I eventually returned to Help Me and all my issues disappeared. About a month ago, I got complacent and stopped applying this. After about a month, I realized that my skin was dull and not as clear as it had been. I applied Help Me, and my skin immediately improved overnight. I'm never straying from this again.

I'm not sure if it did anything. I THINK my adult breakouts are better, but I also cut out sugar at the same time I started this...SO who knows?! I've since resumed sugar & my skin did get a little worse, but not as funky as it was before. Maybe it works some. I use Obagi's Clenziderm products for oily skin as my every day wash & prevention...it helped dry up the refinery & toned down the breakouts. Now that I'm using this, I have noticed that my skin is more "moist" & shiney than it was before, which I don't love because Obagi helped dry it up to begin with. IDK about this product for my skin. It did not even my skin tone, make my pores appear smaller, or reduce the fine lines that are starting to appear on my forehead. We'll see what happens when I run out.

After about 2 weeks of use, I did notice that my skin looked more radiant and less oily. I really like all the retinol products and think they help with my skin especially the adult acne breakouts that I have once in a while. However, I wish the company would publish the amount of retinol in this product. It is relatively cheap for a retinol product compared to prescription creams like RetinA but I don't feel 100% comfortable putting a cream on my face without knowing exactly what is in there... Overall I am pretty satisfied with this for the $ I paid. I use a dime size every night and I still have ~30% of the product left after 2.5 months of use. I have switch to an Avene cream that also has retinol + vitamin C but I will continue using the leftover product for traveling.
