Good buy
The product is very good. You can see the resistance tube workout plan in Youtube. I have purchases earlier some weight and dumb bells. I felt this is better than those for home use.

The resistance bands are most reliable for this segment of price range

Note: inconsistent resistance color.
No major problems as of now. Not sure how long will it last.But realize that the color codes of the bands and tubes are different. There's no guide provided which lists the resistance level of the tubes; but it's on this listing.Latex is very soft!Beginners must not use this for heavy exercises, otherwise you risk injury. Medium to heavy level strength training possible! The tubes are strong!Check out various articles on how to enhance the product's life. For starters never get the bands in contact to any rough surface or corners. Use the tubes + door anchor instead.

Resistance cords are good but the bands are quite small in length
Resistance cords are good(and it comes with all sorts of handles and door adjuster ) but the bands are quite small in length. So I would suggest buying the combo with only resistance cords/wires and get bands separately. I got myself separately from decathlon which is of appropriate length for doing workouts like push-ups or squats.

Little issue for plp having height with 5.10 or abv
The product is good... But if your hieght is 5.10 or abv tht...thn it difficult or not possible to strech fully. Bcz of tube has limited lenght..Little more length was required.Other thn this abv point its good.

Can't use if we add all 5 tubes at a time
Received today seems to be strong but if we combine all 5 bands it's not expanding like it got struck.

Tube has a cut after a month of use
After about one and half month of use green resistance tube has a cut now and eventually it will break
