Worth the money
I live in a hill station and a flash light is an important tool for my safety. This rechargeable torch cum lantern meets my need. It has powerful beam of light and the lantern switches on automatically once you open it. I like that feature.

Wipro Lantern cum torch bought in March 2024
I am writing this review nearly about 2 years (22 months) after buying this product. Torch/light worked perfectly fine for the 1st year. However, after that it started giving me a trouble. And the trouble points were, 1. Charging time increased 2. Lantern Light dimmed and started lowering the power. 3. Frequency of charging increased over a period, and it lasted for just an hour as on now. Having said that, the product is very good if you want to use it for 1 year only. Not sure if it gets repaired? WIPRO Needs to answer !!!

Worst product...
Charging never worked, and unfortunately it needed first charging post 10 days, hence can't return. Wipro's customer service is pathetic. I reached out to them and they said a replacement was being sent. And then they gave me a number to send the picture of the torch, copy of invoice and delivery address. I sent all of it however there was no response. I called them a couple of times and I was told that someone will call me by next day, however I didn't get any call.
