I love these things! Not only save a lot of broken RJ-45s but no need to re-terminate them.
I work a lot with CAT cables and I often find the tabs broken on the RJ-45 connectors. I used to have to either throw them away, spend time re-terminating them, and/or having to re-run a new cable. Now, I just pull one of these repair clips out of my work box and continue on with my day like nothing happened.Other engineers have seen me use them and immediately ordered some for their work kits. I've even tossed a packet of them into some of my clients CAT6 cable bins to same them and me a headache later. They are definitely worth having some if you work a lot with CAT cables.

They work; they're just pricey for what they are.
They work as intended, but are too expensive for tiny pieces of plastic.

Time saver
If you deal with lots of network cables you need this in your tool kit. Time saver when you find a broken clip. Especially if you have long runs and can’t just switch out a patch cable.

Pretty good
Cannot complain. To my surprise - these do what they are supposed to do. Not as good as new cable, but if you are without a crimper or a new cable - this works. I have used them for a few cables - and no issues, and you forget they are there (as you should). A+

Didnt work on 2 different Ethernet plugs
I tried the Plug Repair on 2 different plugs whos latches had snapped. In both cases the Plug Repair did not work. I one case where I cut off the block, or the base of the broken off latch, as stated in the instructions, the repair body where it wraps around the connector would not grab anywhere on the connector to hold it in place so the connector would just slide out of the Plug Repair even if latched. On the other plug with the broken latch, the Plug Repair added so much to the height or bulk to the connector that the plug would not even insert. So these are a big fail for all my needs and I suspect for many others too.

These have a manufacturing defect. If you have an X-Acto knife you can fix them yourself.
There is a manufacturing defect that makes these adapters unable to fit into any of the ethernet ports of any devices in my extensive home network. However, I discovered that if I use an X-Acto knife to chisel off the offending "bump" that appears on the latch, near the bottom where it connects with the box that clips onto the cable, then the adapter and cable will insert and clip into ports I was previously unable to use with the adapter in place. You'll find a tiny red oval encircling the offending "bump" in the attached photo. It looks like left-over plastic from injection into the mould.
