This is a great way to be reminded to drink. I use it for water. It is so cute, easy to use, battery lasts a long time but the batteries are cheap to replace.

Great gadget!!
Great way to stay hydrated. The idea is cool for people who forget to drink enough water. I put this on my water bottle at work and I've been drinking about 3x as much as I used to. The flashing definitely catches your attention and it doesn't have annoying sounds like others on the market. The band fits a wide array of bottle sizes.
