Excellent Spinning DVD
This 40 minute Spinning class with Johnny G is hands down the best spinning DVD that I own. I don't get tired of watching it and performing the class. Johnny G is a master and the way he communicates with the riders is priceless. His affirmations have helped me to get through the class and to get through my day. I highly recommend this timeless DVD to everyone who enjoys spinning and wants to receive the best mind/body connection class.

Johnny G. Does It For Me
I have several spin dvds but Johnny G. is my favorite; I wish there were more from him. The time passes so quickly & I like the affirmations he does. Too many of the other spin dvds I have are really boring & far too serious; exercise should be fun. The other trainers don't seem to connect with the people they are spinning with; they ask questions & no one answers, it's like they aren't in the same room. Johnny G. relaxes me & I get a better ride.

i know this dvd received not so good review. It was a great motivational speech but as far as a workout not so much

Good Spinnbike training video the way too much bla-bla-bla. If you like a little (lots of talk) this is for you so I would recommend to a friend!

An amazing and challenging exercise video from a 74 year-old master!
This is hands down the best spinning video I've had. Johnny G is funny, active, entertaining, encouraging, and at the time this video was done was apparently 74 years old! I'm still trying to get the last set down, as it's still kicking my butt, however I will whole heartedly recommend this video for intermediate to advanced spinners, and beginners to grow into. I'm looking for more videos by him now.

Exercise...is needed!
I need to do something,I not a constant exciser. I know I need to do something...Johnny G is a talker, a motivator,if you don't need the motivation...this may not be the tape for you. I need someone to push me....in a nice way!!!! Johnny G gets me going!!!! I like listening to him.....I enjoyed the workout!

Nicht motivierend, langweilig, sektenmässig, schlechte Musik. Es gibt viel besser Spinning-Trainer auf DVD. Ich habe mich auf das Training gefreut, bin aber sehr enttäuscht. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.
