Can you run the letters to make a vertical sign

Technically you could by taping down each letter, but the interlocking design of the kit only works horizontally. I would say a novice might struggle making a vertical sign, but someone with experience should be fine. If you want to make repeated vertical signs this probably not a good option due to the increased set up time of taping everything down.

how many pieces in this set? how many of each letter and number? you would think that this info would be in the description. i dont see it.

There are two of every number and two of the most letters except the rarely used ones.

This is a dumb question but... i see the "bit size" i need but... i can't find each letter size... Is it 3" height? (English is not my languag, sorry)

In the Dewalt line which router would be "best" or "easiest" to use with these templates, the DWP611PK 1 1/4 HP or the DW618PK Heavy Duty 2 1/4 HP?

I have the dw618pk. Awesome results. I also use a shop vac, keeps the sawdust mess to a minimum. This template kit works very well with the provided guide bushing on the dealt router base.
