Brilliant so far.....
So far so good, once or twice it’s not released my phone when the power is switched off but that could be user error.....we’ll see. Other than that it’s been really good🤞🏼Ok, I’ve now discovered what I think is a major design flaw......if you leave the phone in the dock then return to your car, when you start the engine the arms that clamp your phone will open and then close. This does take quite a while so you will often drive off and find you phone has fallen out of the cradle😡Seriously thinking of returning it.....🤔

Great but needs attention to design
Love this product but it does have a little habit off working loose and falling downwards whilst driving, a little annoying whilst the sat nav is on. I also find it overhears & he phone starts to bleep charging on & off so I have to unplug if I am travelling far or on a hot day. I totally love it apart from that. It is so easy to use and sticks to the window great. Not the same said about the plastic wheels keeping the rest of it in place or not.

be careful when tightening
overall an excellent product however when tightening the adjuster for the ball socket its to easy to overtighten damaging the thread which then results in not being able to lock it off have fixed with some glue but be careful if like me ur a little heavy handed

Would recommend
Fes robust, hasn't shifted from my dash in 3 weeks of driving. Clamps work well and auto close tightly on my note9 horizontally. Wireless charging very occasionally rapidly connects/disconnects, meaning I have to unplug the cable to stand a chance of reading the Santa over the charge notification.Overall, would recommend for the price.

Awesome product
Easy to use and install, been using few days .lined the way sensors work and hold phone and releases. Good material used ,liked veery much, going to purchase another for gift to a friend. Really impress with functionality and quality.

DO NOT BUY
At first was fantastic, then this message (picture) showed on my dash. The product then open and closed all the time and now my cars sat nav doesn't work!! Totally destroyed my cars navigation and USB functionality. 13plate insignia estate. BEWARE
