defective or just plain junk
the battery, new and freshly charged over night, held a charge for maybe 30 minutes of light duty work. There is no reason for a brand new Lithium Ion battery to be so poor!

Found the impossible to find part!
Impossible to find except here. Didn't want to buy a whole new set of tools when all I needed was this part. Now, we're set and saved us not only a bundle, but product is just what we needed.

this battery was DOA. It looked like someone drug it behind the truck for miles. I tried multiple charging but the battery never did come alive. I'll never buy another one from this source.

Replacement battery
This product has met expectations so far. I was just replacing a worn out one while waiting for a replacement from Rigid. Will have a backup now.

it was crap the battery did not work i have been waiting for over a week for my payment to be refunded to my accound and making a return shouldnt be so hard
