I got this for the use of my wife who has developed lewy body dementia associated with Parkinson's disease. She has had a couple of UTI's in the recent months due to being unable to clean herself properly after using the toilet. It was really quite easy to install. The instructions are complete and well organized. We have had it only for a couple of weeks now, but so far it works perfectly. It is very nice to sit on a warm seat and then wash up with warm water. And a warm air dry. I feel it is completely worth the price. There are cheaper units available, but this one works for us. I find that if I move my ar$$ around a bit while cleaning it helps. There is an adjustment for the sprayer nozzle too. I will update my review in a few months to report how it is still going.

Best product ever !!

Set up was very easy. Installed it myself within 10 mins (If you can put together something from ikea, you can do this). There is a installation video on YouTube if you rather watch a video than reading the manual. The reviews for all models are combined idk why, but that just how it work. I have the ats-800 enlonged. The model works great. Only two complains I have are 1. Wipe first, then dyer mode. The dryer is weak, way more efficient to wipe then dry. 2. After any wash mode, there is always a bit leftover water on bidet seat where the nozzle protrudes. Besides those complains, this was a great purchase.

I bought it for my husband who due to medical/health reason needs to use the restroom very frequently. This is a blessing to him. It not only cleanses well, it also has other cool functions and one that I really like - warming up the seat (which is so nice during the cold winter days). Even though it was bought for my husband, I use it too and like it a lot. Before the company sent it to me, they called and made sure I measured my toilet seat and chosen the appropriate size. Everything was correct... Then in a few days I received the package. I had a handy man came to install it and after he took the parts off and ready to install the seat, he couldn't fit it in our toilet bowl. I was very sure that I got the correct size, especially after the call from the company. Anyway, we found out they sent us the wrong size, even after the phone call! I couldn't believe it! Anyway, when I called them, the lady who answered the phone remembered speaking to me couple days ago and she was very nice. She apologized promptly and resend us another one immediately. She also sent us a return sticker for the wrong-sized hygiene seat. My husband just told me the other day, that he saw a similar one in Costco but is cheaper, and may buy another one for our chidren's restroom.

After several months of using this product, our family kinda got hooked. Whenever we go on vacations or whenever we’re not home, we are just not used to not using this. Great invention and good quality so far

There is nothing to dislike, it is good, the size is right, the buttons are nice. This is the second bidet in our home, and the first is the Lotus too, but it is ATS 500. That one works just fine, but the size is not exactly as our toilet. The new one matches perfectly.

This thing is incredible! I would recommend it to anybody and I think everybody should have one. The only complaint I have is the cover is plastic and you can’t sit on it.
