Horrible phone, it's like they took an old phone and cramed new tech that hardly works into. old style phone, it's thick, bulky and heavy, it constantly crashed, when you clear all apps that are open in background it hangs up a call, the signal on it is horrendous barley get 3 bars,front camera is really bad,when on a call on loudspeaker phone vibrates and there an echo and statac, on calls it's horribly quiet, I read the reviews and thought hmm it will be a ok phone to do me till I get my new one, nope absolute useless and a total waste of money, if only I'd have seen a review with truth like this n I wouldn't of wasted my money and wouldn't of had to go threw a return. AVOID

I'm sorry to say that this phone did not live up to expectations. I had trouble from the start because it would not accept my Sky sim card. Then there were many problems connecting to Wi-Fi. I Spoke to Sky many expensive times to try and solve the problems but was informed by them that they had experienced problems with this phone with other customers. I very reluctantly had to retrurn it to Amazon for a full refund. Sorry

bought to replace a water damaged phone works good .sometimes a bit slow on some apps but cant complain for the price

Very sad that I had to return it, very nice phone and clever settings but wouldn't connect to 4G or my mobile network. Not sure if it was a one-off unit fault or that the phone was not suitable for UK use...

Very good value for the price. Keyboard typing sensitivity is different from my previous phones and this is the only one negative.
