Can I add some R-134 so the compressor kicks on before I add stop leak

Yes you can depending if the leak is small enough. If it is large you might be wasting a can before you had a chance to add stop leak. Stop leak does have some refrigerant in it anyway.

How many times can I use this product

Thank you for submitting your question. Kindly note that it depends on the a/c system itself however the most important thing is to check whether the additive is lost quickly or not if so, we recommend visiting a technician.
