The flavors—Apple, Fruit Punch, Grape, and Strawberry—are all solid, with Apple and Strawberry being my personal favorites. They’re sweet but not overly sugary, and they mix easily without leaving gritty residue at the bottom. In terms of hydration, these work exactly as advertised. They’re great for long days, workouts, or anytime you feel a little run-down or dehydrated. I also appreciate that the packets are small and easy to toss into a bag or keep in the car. My favorite grape electrolyte powder I've found. This seems to be the closest match to things like Gatorade and Powerade. It tastes great if you use the ratio suggested, but I frequently use more water and it's still great.

I buy these every week. I can’t believe I didn’t have these before. You feel so much better after you have one. They keep you hydrated and balanced. I really enjoy these. Even if you have to mix them with more water and if you want to add another small individual water enhancer for added taste. It dissolves okay. Can be a little grittier.

Great flavor and not too heavy on electrolyte taste. It is really great in the hot months to put in water bottle and shake it up and then put in freezer 30min-1hr before drinking. Amazing with the some ice crystals formed while drinking. Very good just straight mixing and drinking regular as well.

I've had 2 of the 4 flavors and won't buy these again. They don't taste like their flavor names and the flavoring is very weak.

These are very tasty and work very well! They are different from other brands in that they don’t have all the things but a good buy.

Mixes well. Tastes great. Economical. Fits in backpack, pocket, glove box. Gives a yummy boost while out on a long hike. Or recovering from the flu, trying to stay hydrated. Only caveat, Not sugar free. Oh, well.
