Durable, sturdy and protective beyond anything I expected however, it is so thick and durable that it can not pick up an internet signal and, although the description says that it fits the Samsung S5e it really doesn't. Yes, the tablet fits into the case but once inside the fingerprint scanner is difficult to impossible to use, only a very small part of your finger can reach the scanner/power button. If it wasn't for those 2 issues I'd had kept the case and loved it, thsee tablets need a strong, durable and protective case, the whole reason I bought the S5e was, I dropped and broke the screen on my Samsung Tab S3, I don't think even a tempered glass screen protector would have saved that. Overall it is a good case, it will protect your device, it's the Internet problem that caused me to return it, I could have lived without the fingerprint scanner.

I loved the case but my great niece managed ro break my tablet a week after i got it. The section by the on and off button has a weak area that makes it less secure and you can't really do the finger print scan there. there is no way to really get a full finger print scan ones you put the case on. Instructions dont help. The fingerprint scan needs to be done befire you put the case on. There is no need for the weak section since the fingerprint scan doesn't work with the case on and the stand doesnt work for standing upright. I love the steap for carrying it since i am mostly in a wheelchair and need my hands free when i move. I do love it in spite of the flaws. The case is too thight for docking and charging on a device but it does charge fast with a cable.

Very hard to assemble which I am ready to ignore if it was durable. But It cracked with a minor fall! I think the case is too rigid and the design is too complicated.The case is so thick that it makes the fingerprint reader on the side hard to access. The power port is closed with rubber flap which may be a good thing if you have a use case for it. I did not and found that it hindered my kid to charge on their own.

Received our case today. Right away we were impressed with the case EXCEPT the strap was not in the package. Verifying that I did not misread the purchase description I confirmed the strap should have been included. Not sure how to contact seller to voice my complaint, return, or replace it. Other than the missing piece, we are very satisfied with the protection it will provide.

To start with the fingerprint reader is kind of uncomfortable try to find a position to hold your finger to the fingerprint reader, the I got it to work was adding my thumb to the secure settings on the tab and wallah! Issue fixed, but if you guys can work on that that'll be perfect. Is really easy to hold and really comfortable, seems to be durable and secure. I love it!

The case is great, but it's not functional. It's much bigger than the tablet, adding a thick border around the screen. And it's really heavy, maybe even heavier than the tablet it's holding. Worst, it sticks out over the fingerprint reader, making it completely unusable.

Just got it in today. It's perfect. I don't use the finger print so i don't care. I did put low stars because i didn't know it had a scanner..lol... now i want to use it.

Best case for Samsung galaxy tab s5e. I really like this case met my expectation. I have tried different case but this is the one to get. this will really protect my Samsung galaxy tab Se for many years, I am very happy with this case.
