Gel padding in the palm distributes the pressure of the wheel to a larger area and thus reduces the pressure on the nerves. Here, the correct positioning of the gel pads must be taken into consideration and the pressure points should be well padded.

They're proud of saying that it's German. They shouldn't.
I'm just giving one star due to the quality of the materials. But the construction is absolutely terrible. The glove starts to disintegrate. All the sewing gets destroyed. Just look at the pictures. And just after THREE WEEKS of use! That's the third glove I have in 6 months!

Good gloves but weak seams along the thumbs.
Lefthand glove is splitting along thumb seam after any a few weeks use. Other than that the gloves are good and comfortable. Shame they are breaking apart so quickly.
