This and their granular sugar substitute is the best tasting ones on the market. They work 1:1, and dissolves, and their granular version bakes, etc. like regular sugar. I don’t notice an aftertaste at all. Wish more people knew about this product. It’s more expensive than the other ones, but there isn’t an aftertaste. Worth it!

I purchased this to try in a low carb frosting (simply made with cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and sweetener) and we all really enjoyed the texture of the frosting (not grainy) and the flavor was nearly identical to regular sugar laden whipped cream and cream cheese frosting. I think you can easily made this frosting tailored to your desired sweetness with BochaSweet! This is my first time buying this sweetener, but it won’t be the last. I love making low carb sweets for my daughter and myself.

To me, the 1 to 1 compared to sugar is accurate and there is truly no aftertaste or effect other than sheer joy to have something so delicious that does not spike my glycemic index. Yes, It is very expensive and I would buy 10 times more of it if it were 2/3 the price. I am thankful for Bochasweet!!!!

This sweetener is AMAZING as is their granulated sweetener! It is everything they say it is. It literally tastes and behaves just like cane sugar without any of the negative health impact. If you are diabetic, or Keto, or you just want a healthy alternative to cane sugar, BochaSweet is the answer. The only downside is the cost. But this is the only company I have found that is making this sweetener and they are a relatively small company. So the price is understandable. I actually almost wanted to not review this because I don't want the demand to exceed the supply. So be considerate and order what you need and wait until they can increase their capacity to stock up. But it really is the best alternative to sugar out there. Shhhh.

This is a wonderful product. I am prediabetic, very close to having diabetes, and have had to give up so many foods just to avoid going on medication. I love to bake! This product has enabled me to begin enjoying some of the sweets I miss so much. I use it in baking just like sugar...it tastes as close to sugar as anything I've tried and I've tried many, many different brands. It's pricey and I'm hoping they can bring it down but to me, this is more than a sweetener. My blood sugar has gone down drastically. I'm finding this works like a supplement for me so it's worth the expense.
