A Superior product
Please refer to the review I provided on the 1.1 lb product. Just a larger size now that I've learned how delicious this product is. This 2.2 lb product allows for more experimentation for designing soups, sauces, dips ect....Then I'll purchase 4-5 of the 4.4 lb size to put back on the shelf. Comes in a metal container with a plastic lid to cover after opening and then requires refrigeration. Keeps well in the fridge after opening. Mine NEVER lasts that long to spoil, not after baking homemade soft pretzels with an accompanying Guinness beer cheese dip. Enjoy

This is the best tasting cheese that anyone can buy,You will not be disappointed.I thought I got the spread instead and so I gave a negative review that was before I opened the tin. I am not used to the seeing that reading on the tin .
