The process of personalisation was simple yet precise, comprehensive, prompt and diligently pursued by them. In less than 12 hours of intimating them roughly what I wanted along with the photograph of the couple, I was mailed the first proof of what they had in mind for me. A few exchanges of emails and a confirmation from my side, less than 36 hours from placing of the order the personalised product had been shipped.... what more can any customer ask for...? Well, probably the packaging.... well packed and nicely presented in a elegant looking gift box, the product reached me TWO days prior to the expected date of delivery.... Can I be asking for anything better? Before I start to sound like I'm on a Samruddhi promo campaign, lets take a look at the pricing... when it comes to pricing personalisation...., I believe, personalisation has no price tag, Probably, this is why personalised gifts are priceless. if one needs the tea taste sweet, sugar has to be added... how much? As sweet as one would like it... My opinion on Samruddhi Creations is... “ Go through carefully what they have to offer, (sizes, prices, specifications, time frame etc, etc) understand carefully how they will provide. Ask them if you have any gray areas that you are not too sure about and provide them every detail you want to customise or that they will need to customise your gift, all that understood and done, trust their abilities, they are fast and you'll love their work, and, your loved ones will like your gift. The photographs will give an idea about the packaging presentation and the product.

The work done here is really amazing that you can't stop looking at it, really loved it. This was my first time purchasing this product wasn't sure if it would be good but when i saw it can say its totally worth it but the price is kinda high but still can't complain about it coz of the amazing work done here. And the packing done is so good that the product inside was 100% safe and damage free. They also included a gift wrapper inside as i had asked for it and the product isn't processed until you are sure of the design samples they send as per the pictures and details you provide. Gave only 4 stars as the crystal came with a slight scratch which wasn't expected and the led base had water in it that when i kept the crystal heart on the base and switched it on after awhile when i removed the crystal heart i found water on the crystal where its placed right above the led. So not sure how long the led base will last as it had water in it but I'm sure the seller will send me another led base if i ask coz the product price was high and the led base having water wasn't expected for this price.

Product is just mind blowing, u cannot ask for a good gift like this to gift it to ur beloved, product quality design, seller's service were just just mind blowing, seller was very helpful and the product was truely unmatchable, if u can see it in action u will find no words to describe its beauty..go for it... One advice please, samruddhi email id is not there in page, so to sent photo to the seller please go through google to find their website and there u have their email id...

Product is really good. Response from seller was very quick. They dispatched product within 24 hr of approving design. Only problem I feel is the led base. I am little sceptic about it's life. Base and adapter provided looks really cheap.
