Works perfectly! I’m very impressed and happy with my purchase. My side hustle is graphic design and custom party favors so I really needed a BIGGER screen to see my designs but I couldn’t afford to just spend all the money on a brand new Mac. It arrived quickly in a big brown box (it didn’t say apple or anything) but it was well wrapped on the inside. Not a scratch, not a crack literally perfect condition. Started up great, took hours to update BUT I was still able to use it while it updated so that was fine. It came with an off brand keyboard and mouse but they both work great with the Mac. I was able to sign into my Apple ID without any issues. I’m very happy and I’ll come back to update this review in about 2-3 months!! *for the people that items arrived with cracks and shatters I honestly think it’s however the actual delivery person handles your item which we would like to think they handle everything with care, unfortunately you have people that aren’t careful so I wouldn’t blame the actual shipper because my Mac was wrapped VERY WELL, I would’ve been shocked had anything happened to it the way it was packaged.* Also FedEx delivered it and I’ve never had any issues with them. Order it! I have no regrets, gonna get a new keyboard though because yes it works but I think it’s actually supposed to be for a windows computer lol

What I liked The iMac screen is very high resolution and pixel density, which makes it look sharp even when using large or scaled text sizes. For example, the 24′′ version incorporates a 4.5K resolution, which allows fine details for both productivity and content consumption.

Seller sold a defective refurbished iMac and required buyer to pay for the return postage. Obviously the iMac was not tested before it was shipped as reconstituted. An unpleasant and expensive experience and a waste of my time.

Great packaging for delivery... no worries for possible shipping damage. It works great.

Computer looks new, happy with the technical offerings. HOWEVER it is asking me for a password. How do I know? I can't seem to find a way to contact the seller either to see if they know what it could be. So bottom line I can't use it yet. Disappointed about that. I figured out a password, some simple number/alpha combinations. owe every time I open up the computer it comes up with the sign in that says test and then I have to put those characters in for a password. This is even though I have added my Apple ID etc. It still comes up with that.

I admit I was slightly reluctant to purchase this bad boy especially being refurbished. However, for the price, I figured a day on a side job would cover it if I didn't like the results. Boy was I mistaken. I ordered this beauty on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. The second I opened up the box, I could see it was well packed and very much secure and protected in its casing. The only thing moving around in the box was the power cord, which to my delight is the power cord that belongs to the iMac, so that was a sigh of relief. Once I got it fired up and connected to my network, it just basically took care of itself. I immediately got my Magic Keyboard and Mouse connected. I was amazed once I saw that I have 40GB of RAM instead of the 16GB they had promoted, and the 1TB drive worked perfectly. I didn't have to format it or anything. The images and resolution on this monitor is blowing my mind, so thank you for such a pristine machine! Apple knows what it's doing and this is by far the best product I've purchased from Amazon.

iMac is nice but has issues hard drive making noise ticking noise and screen is scratched deep in 2 places you would figure at least screen be in good shape when I ordered it said renewed kind of dissapointed.☹️I think when it got delivered the ups guy threw it and hard drive is damaged

I have to say that this purchase was one of the best values for the money. The iMac arrived in excellent condition. Absolutely no blemishes, scratches, or other imperfections that I could see anywhere with this system. All items were well packaged and secured. The original box was well intact although it had been scuffed up quite a bit. But I don't consider that a drawback as I am sure it had been moved around a lot during storage and refurbishing of the actual iMac. In terms of setup, I had no issues at all. I purchased additional memory for the system separately and it installed w/o a problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get refurbished units, especially Apple products.
