Overview: Lightweight LED pucks constructed of plastic and a metal surround. Bottom is plastic with an on/off switch. Top is metal and plastic with the solar panel and LEDs. A plastic stake attaches to the bottom with four prongs.In Use: I installed 2 units using the stakes along a sidewalk in the grass. The stakes are somewhat difficult to get into the ground due to being wide flanges of plastic. I ended up digging out some soil for easier installation. Once installed they were secure. The discs stick up about a half-inch when bottom is flush to ground. The other units I placed (laid) directly onto stone/brick surfaces around the edge of a patio without the stakes/no attachment. They stay put even in rain storms, although the leaf blower sends them flying if not careful.Durability: They are fully waterproof and we've gotten loads of rain. No issues. However, they are not impervious to being stepped on by one of your kids.Lighting: Very bright. Look great especially when against a vertical surface where the light is accentuated/reflected. In my patio location the lights receive 6-7 hours of full sun. Unfortunately, this has only been enough to keep them running strong for about 4 hours. This is much shorter than other solar lights I have (strings, globes, etc.). So I've started doing some testing. I recently replaced one of the light's OEM batteries (They are AA 600 mAh..if I recall correctly) with an EBL 2300 mAh. This particular light has been lasting much longer into the light, so charge longevity may be a product of OEM batteries not solar panel charge rate.Overall: Very bright white colored puck LEDs. Attractive silver/black. Waterproof. Battery/charge longevity could be better.

Installed these around my koi pond. Located so they receive sun all day long. First thing after darkness sets in they look great but the light does not last long. Get up in the middle of the night for other necessities, no light visible. I would think a full day of blazing sun would provide enough charge to last 6 or 7 hours, but nope. Not happy but unsure if I am returning them. Update after one year owning these: Only three still working, others dead even after a full day of sun. Would never buy again.

Got the first box of 8 and they were beat up pretty bad (someone used them and returned them) so I returned them and bought the same ones. The second box of 8 came with protective film and were new. They work great. I would recommend them.

I notified the company but never heard back from them. Wouldn't buy again!

These are so cute!!! they work really well

I get about 3 hours of light before batteries drain. Will try replacing with newer rechargeable batteries see if I get better results will keep group updated. While they are on they are bright and very easy to install.
