Can the load light manually be turned on by toggling the wall switch off/on?

You could use a 3-way switch for this function. One position would bypass the sensor to turn the light ON continuously. Other switch position would use the sensor to turn the light ON and OFF after delay. Connect a Hot wire to one side of the 3-way switch. Connect the switched side (output wire) of the sensor to the other side of the 3-way switch. Connect the common terminal of the 3-way switch to the light. Connect a Neutral wire to the other side of the light. One switch position selects the sensor output, the other switch position selects the Hot wire.

The product description says it’s 4.5” diameter, but of the answers says it’s 6”. What are the actual dimensions?

The outside diameter is 6", but it sits on the ceiling lamp fixture, which is 4.5"

Do you make the same product except to be mounted over a single gang wall switch box?

Mine is mounted over a side mile gain switch
