Great for mochi
Used this to make mochi. The flour was very light and not clumpy. It’s gluten free so it’s good for those folks. Worked just fine to make the mochi and everyone loved them

Works great for bakery recipe
Try to avoid floour as much as possible, I look for bakery goods recipe using rice flour. Most cook books and website recommend this brand, and I agree, good quality and works well making cake, etc..
