Yes, I print on card stock and laminate it. I can punch 2-3 laminated sheets depending on the thickness of the card stock. It will also punch through 8-10 pages of plain paper and 3-5 pages of unlaminated card stock. I love this! I keep one at home and one at school.

15mm or 1.5 centimeters from the edge of paper to edge of hole. Approximately 18mm from edge to center of hole.
