How to Draw: Easy Techniques and Step-by-Step Drawings for Kids (Drawing Books for Kids Ages 9 to 12)

I bought this book for my 6y.o daughter as she loves drawing and art. I thought this would help her. Though as it says the book is good for ages 9-12, and the drawings probably a bit hard for her ages, but that's not a problem. Let her try to do as much as she can( she tried to draw a water droplet, and its not too bad for the 1st try)) I also draw with her sometimes and its quite interssting!:)

This is a perfect book for all ages! It's great for any beginner of any age who wants to learn how to draw. The step by step drawings are perfect and exactly what I needed in order to be able to figure out how to draw different items.Some other books I've seen show you a line and then a completed drawing and you have no idea how they went from step A to step Z!This book takes you from Step A to Step Z and it's wonderful!

I am so excited for this book -- for my grankdkids and for myself!! It is a fantastic beginner's book - so very comprehensive! Good for someone just getting back into drawing also!

I purchased for my almost 8 year old who is beginning to show an interest in drawing/sketching along with some graphite and charcoal. The book is simple and easy to follow along. My only complaint is it doesn’t seem to show every single step but you can get the idea looking at the drawing itself. My child was very excited and has already done multiple pages out of the book. Anything that sparks an interest and continues to be a go to is a win for this mama!

It covers a lot of content! Got it for my 8 year old and I find it useful too. I bought quite a lot of kids drawing books and I found this one the best!

Bought this for my 10yr old niece. She loves it! Spent 2 hours on Christmas Day using it.

This book is pretty thick and filled a wide variety of lessons and examples. Great for young starting artists or beginners in general. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
