where is the knife made ?

I've seen China, Taiwan and Japan listed, but SOG seems very vague in specifying where each individual blade is manufactured. And it is a shame . . . I chose my Gerber Ultimate over an SOG Pup, because its made in the USA.

The Bowie 2.0 is manufactured in Taiwan.

What's the difference between this and the Super Bowie?

The main difference is the size. You can find all the specs for both on SOG's website. I find the 2.0 to be more comfortable in my hand because of where the grooves line up with my fingers. I have found that my friends with larger hads tend to prefer the Super Bowie because it's finger grooves are wider and therefore spread out more. Other than this, they are virtually the same.

Is the hilt metal or rubber?

The guard is metal , a beautiful knife , I have a 6” knife and a 7” version of this Sog . I have many combat , tactical, camping, backpacking , survival knives from 3” 4” 5” 6” 7” blade lengths . All fit a nich . Bucks, cold steel, Dozer , randell , moraknives, Ontario, Hogue -k-Bar, SRK , tops are among my collections. These will completely fill your needs for anything you might have to use them for.
