I love that I don’t need to be a gunsmith to install this front sight on my GP100. Ruger made that very easy on this pistol and this sight is a huge upgrade from the stock sight. It comes with three different light pipes (red/green/white) and it’s a much better sight than the stock. I run the red pipe on my blued 6” GP100 because red is my favorite color and I load Hornady Critical Defense rounds, which have a red tip. Got to coordinate! It looks fantastic and it soaks up any light around you to make the sight glow. The green is slightly brighter but I’m a red kinda guy. Fortunately there’s an option in this package for everyone! The price seems too good to be true and the ease of install on the GP100 makes this a no-brainer purchase. You 100% will not regret.

A massive improvement over the stock sights for the Ruger GP100, I use the red insert just for my personal preference. Easy enough to install, I've fired roughly 100 rounds with this sight installed including maybe 30 or 40 Magnum loads and it hasn't broken or come loose yet. So far so good, I'm happy with it.

In every way this front site is exactly as advertised. It installs on the Ruger GP161 front site position quickly, easily, seamlessly: perfect fit. The three colors provided are very useful although in my experiments with it the green is the brightest with the red second. Having said that, the usefulness has much to do with the availability of ambient light and the contrast of the target being sighted. There is no question in my mind that this front site is far better than the black ramp supplied by Ruger. In normal "room" light the green insert works great. In the less light provided in the lane of our local firing range, the red insert works better than the green and the white does not sight well at all. Bottom line is that although this front sight is far superior to the stock sight provided on our revolver (new last in 2015), the magnitude of improvement one will experience will depend on the condition of light. In broad daylight or typical room light, the green insert is fantastic - unless one is sighting on a green target - then the red is best.

This end sight has easy installation, great visibility and has improved my accuracy!

I was a little heasitant to purchase this product since some reviews had it canted to the left. I quickly inspected mine and it was right on perfect. I was so easy to install I thought I missed a step. Just make sure you place the front end of the sight in first while depressing the pin. Makes things easier to get the back end in and then release the pin. It came with the green on and a red on the side. I hear it is a nightmare to switch then but I like the green anyways. It draws light just fine but will most likely not glow in the dark. No way for that price. Otherwise sig sight would be about 5 percent of their cost. This was used to replace the originals which had some serious wear and were too dark to see even in good light. Looking down, they look great. Now it’s time to switch out the rear. I like it and would definitely purchase again. I guess I just got lucky. Hopefully everyone else has a good experience with this. Good luck all.

HIVIZの蛍光サイトは狩猟等の用途では定番のようです。 トイガンのドレスアップ用に買ってみたのですが 1度目のお店は欠品、2度目は店側からキャンセル、 3度目は発送通知が来たにも関わらずその後キャンセル→返金処理となりました。 Amazonのフォームを通じてお店に確認したところ、 やはり通関で引っかかったそうです(苦笑) 散弾銃用の同社製品が国内で普通に手に入ることを考えると おそらく拳銃部品ということでダメなんでしょうね。 しかし「実物フロントサイト/リアサイト」を付けたトイガン（ハンドガン）自体は たまに見ますし、某オクでも出品されてますよね？ トリジコンなんかめちゃくちゃ高いですが、所有している人はざらにいると思います。 輸入ルートの問題なのか、タイミングなのかは分かりませんが このレビューを書いている現在、この商品については手に入る可能性は低いですし、 通関上問題のある（違法かどうか別にして、スムーズに通関できないという意味で） 商品を注意書きも何もなく掲載しているAmazonさん、ちょっと無責任じゃないですか？ あるいは、ウチなら難なく通すよ！という腕利きのショップさんがおられるのでしょうか。 おられましたら、私あてに連絡もらっても良いですか(笑)
