They fit my Mavic rims better, but one cut can be devastating
So far so good on these. I got Mavic Ksyrium UST rims in January and was running Hutchinson tubeless-ready tires to start, which were terrible, both for fit and for durability. The Hutchinson tires constantly leaked in mysterious ways and ultimately had to be cut off the rims because the sealant glued them to the inside of the rims.I bought the Yksion Pro tires last week and I am cautiously hopeful. Right out of the gate the fit was better, and when I mistakenly put one of the tires on in the wrong direction, it was a snap to take the tire off and flip it around. Once I inflated the tires they stayed inflated—no slow leaks like I experienced with the other tires. And so far (after 150 miles in three days of riding) they seem more rugged than the others. I examine the tires after every ride for cuts and so far have found none.Time will tell in the matter of endurance. I have another 250 miles to ride this week, including a century, so I will see how they hold up. Later on I'll come back with a report. I put up a 4-star review, which I will adjust in either direction once I have more experience with the tires. But I am cautiously optimistic.*************************500 miles in (499 to be exact) I'm deducting one star. Here's why:I just today got a cut on the rear tire that's about a centimeter long and travels from the riding surface up the sidewall that distance. The picture shows my attempt at patching the cut from the inside (no way a plug would fix this), which I'm not sure at all will actually work, but I'm going to give it a try. I will post more presently. But I didn't have a tube with me so I had to call my wife to come and get me. Worse, I was only 32 miles into a ride and I had to leave it unfinished. I really really wanted to like these tires, because they do fit the rims and are great in other ways, but how can I be buying expensive tires every couple of weeks?

Air Bubbles
I got a lot of air bubbles with this tire. I had these on two of my bikes with the same results. I have had as many as six at a time. I could hear them popping when I started my ride. They were on the tread and side wall. There is always sealant in different areas of the tire also.

Fast but not durable. Lots of flats.
The tires wear and tear easily. I got 500 miles out of the front before I got two flats on 1 ride. Both flats I got on that ride, the puncutres didn't seal with sealant. Second tire I had on the front lasted 1000 miles before it was damaged beyond repair. After 1600 miles, the rear tire is holding up, only after patching it twice.Other tires I've used hold up way better.

Great wearing tire
Have 1,500 hundred miles on these tires and they gave held up well especially given that I ride on some pretty rough roads. Rolling resistance seems low. When these wear out I'll buy another pair. Haven't ridden them in the rain yet.
