Kitchen prep helpers
These Polysafe cutting boards are just what I wanted. Even though I own several large wooden cutting boards, there are times I don't want to take the time to wash and oil a heavy wooden board for a small cutting job. Hence, these 9.5" x 15" and 8.5" x 11" Polysafe boards are perfect to place on top of the wood board for chopping & slicing. The Polysafe boards are easy to clean, lightweight and don't stain. Having them also helps to make your expensive, wooden cutting boards last longer.

Great value, slightly warped
This board is a good value for $10-15. Mine arrived slightly warped and this shape has stayed. However, it doesn't affect my cutting as a home chef who uses it often. It also slips on certain surfaces, but I put down a damp paper towel and this prevents it from slipping.

Small and handy
I love it. I didn’t know until I received it that it had a recessed side on the back, which is perfect for capturing any juices for whatever you’re cutting when needed.

Warped
It warped after about a year and doesn't lay flat on counter top. Moves around when trying to cut on it

Now I’m free of those little plastic particles
Well, I’m 76 and I’ve been consuming plastic shavings from my previous cutting boards for many many decades. I hope it’s not too late to make the switch to something healthy. How the people who do the research could possibly take so long to identify that those little pieces of plastic cause cancer is beyond me.
