This is a really easy to use product that works wonderfully well. I have had security systems in the past, And I have had camera systems in the past. This one is so far my favorite. It is a simple plug and play system. All I had to do was connect the system to my Wi-Fi and plug in the cameras.. That simple! I have already recommended this product to a few of my coworkers. And I am very happy that my brother and father both recommended this product to me. The cameras are high definition with very clear pictures. There is lots of storage on the Camera receiver. And storage online for when I look at it on my phone. If I could have given this product 25 stars I would have!

Got the 4 camera pack to keep an eye on the outside of my house. Installed so easy just hook cameras and nvr to power and boom instant picture. Hooked it to a 20 inch monitor and the color and night vision have a great picture. Had trouble trying to record and had to contact customer support and they responded quickly and helped get me on track to record and playback functions. The app to watch on your cell phone is simple and easy as well. If You have cloud services you can record from your phone and store in cloud.

The quality of the camera really good and the 100ft range is really great. The motion detector is quite sensitive. Even when setting it to low sensitivity, I get false alerts. Note: The camera is NOT PIR - so it will not detect body heat for true motion detection. That is why, any tree movement, leaves falling, lizards crawling and even sprinklers going off in the yard will send you an alert. This is okay if you are interested recording everything and disabling any alerts.The client software on the PC is specific to this NVR and has a few deficiency.1) The client software does not always connect to the camera for viewing. After a few retries, only then you are able to view live camera feed.2) I have installed a hard disk. With the playback of past events, there is NO speed adjustments for viewing recorded videos i.e. you cannot view the playbacks at double speed, 4x or 8x speeds like other software packages. Other makes and models have that this feature.3) There is only 1 USB port. i.e.: You cannot upgrade the firmware because the one USB port is used by the mouse. You need a second USB to "export" for videos or back them up.4) No other android app works with system e.g.: IPPro, ISpy, ARCTV etc. To navigate the app to view playbacks is quite tedious.I will continue to use it, to see how inconvenient it is before I make a decision.

I ordered this product to put up at my residence, however, upon arrival and opening the NVR system box was scratched and damaged on the exterior. There is no hard drive inside, as stated in the description, and the cameras were not supported by HDTV, even though the user manual stated it would be. I used all the cables that came with the system, and tried multiple hookups on different TVs, but it was still not showing up, and one of the TVs had a popup message of format not supported. I was unable to use the product in any manner, and have requested a refund at the time of this review.I did watch the youtube video for installation, and I attempted to contact customer support as well, but the issue was unable to be resolved.

I bought this product to keep an eye on things while I was away from my home and it is very easy to set up. It literally is as easy as plugging in and using. I like that I can watch the cameras from my monitor and from phone. The picture during night vision is just as clear as in the day time! I would highly recommend this product to others.

I got this for Christmas and set it up the next day. One Camera did not link and I contacted they support through email. I received an answer within a few hour, (not bad for the day after Christmas) and following their instructions, I got the last camera to link. The first night having it up, we found a person checking our milk delivery box at 4 AM, I am assuming, for things like Amazon packages. The person was covered completely to hide their identity. (We added a hard drive and set record mode to motion) This told me not to leave anything outside at night.Also the system came with one long range antenna, which I needed for one camera surrounded by metal. Another advantage is the cameras do not use your WiFi router to connect to its base, but use a matched Linux system, This makes it harder, but not impossible for someone to hack into your home router though the cameras. The base has three ways to view what the cameras are seeing, HDMI to you TV or other monitor, VGA out, or CAT5 to a router. Overall, I feel this system performs better then I expected.
