Perfect for making my holiday cookie and candy boxes

Just what I needed, my wife's candy was coming out wrong every holiday season for the last couple years because she was eyeballing the operation. This has fixed the issue. I'm saving money with less scrap candy now. Also works for meat well.Y rotisserie chickens come out perfect with this, measure temp deep in the breast near the bone, chickens have always been great and juicy. I can only assume it's accurate since the candy hardens perfect and my meat is perfectly cooked.

This thermometer doesn't work at all. It was a real waste of money. When I took it out of the package temperature showed 125 degrees.

Item came as described. It looked perfect! I loved how I could clip it to my pan. I was so excited to make hard candy with my new thermometer! However it did not work, it took forever to read the temperature. I burned my first batch because the thermometer was stuck at 250. However, it was past that. I than calibrated my thermometer. I boiled water and checked to see if it would register. It did but way after my digital did instantly. I then made candy and checked with my digital and the thermometer never went past 235. It was stuck it was very slow at reading compared to my other thermometer. It did not work. I did not work for reading boiling water until 3 min later and that’s too long when making candy. Just check before you rely on it!

I needed an easy to read thermometer that would attach to a pan or container. This meets6 needs at a reasonable price. It reads the 100 to 180f temps I need for making Yogurt, the higher temps i need for Sugar Syrups, and the higher Fryer temps. I like this low-tech eady to usr thermometer Much berrer than my old Digital

Frustrating! Could not get it to go above 225°! Ruined my caramel.

Not sure if it is worth the price, but it works perfectly well. So much better than the digital thermometer that I used to use.

Seems quite accurate, easy to read dial. It is in F only which makes it easier to read but might not be what some people want.

OK, but did not notice that increments are in Fahrenheit only.
