What is the actual size of this wallet? Image says 3.5" x 4.35" x 0.75" but description says 4.5" x 2.8" x .6”

I have calipers here and measure the actual dimensions to be 4.5 inches wide by 3.71 inches tall. I purchased it because in one description it specifically said 4.5" by 2.8". I need to return it because it's too tall. In another description on the same page it's Product Dimensions are listed as 4 x 2 x 1 Very difficult to get a straight answer until you purchase it and measure it yourself and determine if you like it or need to return it.

is the center compartment removable ?
